BMZ budget 2007

The German Development Ministry’s budget will increase to ¤4.5 billion in 2007. The Bundestag adopted the corresponding ministerial bill for the Budget Act 2007 at the end of November. The increase is of almost eight percent, or ¤300 million compared with 2006. In that year, the Development budget had already grown by 7.8%. (ell)
