Anyone who wishes to take part in the next German Development Institute (GDI) advanced training course for development cooperation experts may apply until April 14. The prerequisites for participation include being a citizen of Germany or another European Union member country and having an above-average university degree. Participants must also have fluent command of spoken and written German as well as a good knowledge of English and another language. The course will be held from September 1 this year to May 31, 2005.
