Conference: “E-Learning Africa 2006”
An innovative e-learning conference will take place in Addis Ababa from 24 to 26 May. “E-learning Africa 2006” will be convened by the organisers of Online Educa, Berlin’s annual international e-learning trade fair. The event will provide a forum for participants from African governments, public and private training institutions and their cooperation partners. In working groups and public fora, staff from InWEnt, the German Development Service (DED), German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) and their African partners will take part. The motto is “Capacity building in and for e-learning”. Experts will present various ICT-supported programmes. Another focus of the conference will be on how to use e-learning to disseminate information on health.
