Online forum on “green”genetic
engineering
The German Development Ministry (BMZ) and the “Sector Project Action Programme 2015” of the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) will offer an online discussion on “Green genetic engineering and food security in developing countries”, June 7-17. The forum is aimed at giving experts and other interested people the opportunity to discuss the potential and risks of “green” genetic engineering, which is a highly contentious issue. Participants will discuss the pros and cons of "green" genetic engineering in three moderated forums. The outcome is open. Registration under “Online Diskurs” at www.aktionsprogramm2015.de. (orb)
