Human resource development is a systematic process that helps employees and executives develop their qualifications, know-how and potential in a way that enables them to fulfil current and future job market demands.
With capacity building via strategic human resource development, Inwent encourages experts, executives and junior managers to pass along their know-how and in so doing facilitate continual processes of development in their countries.
Inwent supports its partners in shaping the future of their respective countries and facilitates the necessary processes of change. We work together with international partners to determine the extent of the need for change of each partner country, thus ensuring that capacity building can develop its full potential. This is the basis used by Inwent in cooperation with partner organisations to develop advanced training strategies and determine the best instruments to achieve optimal human resource development.
The range of training seminars is based on these advanced training strategies. Individual human resource development measures provide support for the long-term strategic goals of our partners with respect to sustainable development. We employ methods of change management in our advising. These include development consulting, process facilitation and coaching.
