Social Security: New Programme starts in November 2008

The International Leadership Training programme for participants from Inwent partner countries aims to provide practice-oriented training for future executives from the business, political and social sectors. Extended periods of residence in Germany not only support participants’ personal and professional development but lead to occupational qualification, loyalties, personal networks and a growing appreciation of the common interests between developed and developing countries. This is the Inwent approach to capacity building.
