International Organisations
As an organisation of international cooperation, we are commissioned by the German federal government, the German business sector, and the German Länder or federal states and make an important contribution to an equitable and sustainable development.
Other important clients are international organisations/donors such as the European Union (EU), the World Bank, the United Nations (UN). The EU as the worldwide biggest donor in the international development cooperation is especially interesting for Inwent with the following external aid cooperation programmes:
- Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA)
- European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI)
- Development Cooperation Instrument (DCI)
- European Development Fund (EDF)
We also participate regularly in bids of the UN, such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDp) or the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and further international donors. Especially the World Bank activities are intensified.
