Capacity building worldwide demands the highest quality from our programmes. The Planning and Monitoring department ensures that Inwent’s work brings the desired results. To this end we introduced the QaP quality management system (Quality as a process) company-wide in 2005. We employ the Prime planning, controlling and evaluation system to manage the results in all phases of our programmes. Inwent has standarised all company work processes and the same software is used throughout the organisation. The customer is king – this motto also applies at Inwent. This is why we discuss all aspects of our work with our clients. The department is responsible for integrating the wide variety of customer objectives into a unified company strategy. Information and resource management, for example, ensures that our employees can optimally use our IT systems. Regional coordination manages and coordinates Inwent programmes in the different regions of the world.
