Administration

The Administration department is responsible for ensuring that InWEnt runs smoothly. It finds just the right people with the necessary qualifications to fulfil our wide range of international tasks. Managing international capacity building programmes relies on employees who never stop learning – by taking advantage of Inwent internal advanced training programmes, for example. Our worldwide alumni networks and e-learning programmes would be unthinkable without efficient information technology. An organisation like ours, dedicated to capacity building and that welcomes programme participants from all corners of the globe, is extremely dependant on a solid infrastructure.

The department comprises the following divisions
