Marketing Activities

In spite of the transition process in many sectors of business and industry, the society and politics, Germany as a training location has nevertheless remained very successful in attracting investments in science and technology. It is attractive as a laboratory for environmental political innovations and as the heartland of the European Union.

InWEnt, as one of the biggest training facilities of further education, considers effective work in public relations to be very important in order to show Germany´s training potential, especially in terms of vocational training. Marketing Germany as a training location requires a range of services which can compete in international markets. Therefore InWEnt continuously improves on its concept International Leadership Training (ILT). It meets the expectations of international junior managers because of the mix of modularity, blended learning, established participant networks, follow-up measures, transfer phases for polishing up acquired skills and the Alumni Program for continued learning. Furthermore InWEnt - together with other German training institutions - develops demand-adapted services, for instance by qualifying international professionals in handicraft work in Germany. Thus, training programs which so far have only been targeted at the common European market, can also be offered on an international level.

In brochures and press releases, by exhibiting at foreign trade fairs and by informing potential participants, InWEnt provides information on its own range of programs, as well as on that of other organisations and educational establishments. InWEnt cooperates with iMove (International Marketing of Vocational Education – an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, which provides information on professional training and further qualification in Germany) in terms of international marketing for vocational training.

By advertising for advanced training in Germany with separate brochures and events, our partners in New York, Moscow and Tokyo promote Germany as a training location.
