The course aims at promoting media freedom and journalistic ethics.

The 24 participants will come from the SADC region.

Applicants should not be over 32 years of age, have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in journalism and be proficient in English

The programme will be conducted in co-operation with the

Institute for the Advancement of Journalism (IAJ) in Johannesburg / South Africa. ( www.iaj.org.za)
