Promotion of foreign trade

The international inter-dependence of industry, trade and finance exerts a huge pressure on the competitiveness of businesses. The international performance capacity of companies, and hence their chances of breaking into foreign markets, is increasingly determined by the level of training of their staff. Without their technical expertise, international managerial skills, intercultural competence and a high level of mobility, businesses cannot hope to compete successfully on the international stage.

Investment in the international competencies of staff thus pays off. It always strengthens the performance capacity and the foreign relations of the company too in which the newly trained staff work. This is how we, at InWEnt, see capacity building.

InWEnt offers businesses in Germany and in partner countries a wide spectrum of services to promote foreign economic cooperation. For German junior executives, we run programmes to build international and inter-cultural skills. For foreign businesses in transition states we provide capacity building and consultancy programmes. We can also initiate Public Private Partnerships with German businesses.
